Brio which means “vivacious and vigor” is the creation of award-winning restaurant owner Luigi Bonetti and Spanish Tapas Chef Raul.
Inspired by the new wave of modern Spanish tapas hitting the capital and after their long travels around Spain and doing El Camino to Santiago too.
